Update customer information

Talenom Online admin users are requested to fill out customer information (KYC form) when logging into Talenom Online for the first time and, after that, every 12 months. This is important for security, personalized services, and legal compliance. The KYC form can be filled out by a person with the right to sign for an organization.

The request to update information will be displayed on the Talenom Online homepage when 12 months have passed since the last check. If the notification is dismissed without updating the information, it will be shown again every 48 hours.
