Clearing account

The clearing account feature is visible to users who have access to the Talenom Online performance monitoring clearing account. Transactions that have no voucher or explanation are recorded in the clearing account.


Add voucher

  1. Select the expense to be clarified.
  2. Select Add voucher and add a voucher by taking a picture with your camera or uploading a picture or a PDF file from the phone gallery.
  3. Select the Expense type.
  4. Add dimensions if needed.
  5. Select Send to send the voucher.

If a voucher is not available, enter a detailed explanation for the expense in the Clarification field.
