The present conditions are those in force from the date of their last update. TALENOM reserves the right to modify them at any time, in which case they shall come into force as soon as they are published and shall be applicable to all users of the portal or the websites from that date.

Responsabilities:
TALENOM does not guarantee the continuous access, nor the correct visualization, download or utility of the elements and information contained in the web pages of TALENOM, which can be prevented, hindered or interrupted by factors or circumstances out of its control.
TALENOM is not responsible for the information and other contents integrated in spaces or web pages of third parties accessible from the web pages of TALENOM through links or hyperlinks, nor for the information and other contents integrated in spaces or web pages of third parties from which the portal of TALENOM or any of its web pages is accessed through links or hyperlinks, nor for the information and contents of any web page of third parties that is presented under the appearance or distinctive signs of TALENOM, unless expressly authorised by the latter.
TALENOM and its information providers as third parties do not assume any responsibility in relation to the information, contents of any kind, products and services offered or provided through the web pages of TALENOM by third parties or entities, and, in particular, for the damages of any kind that, linked to the above, may occur due to: (i) absence or deficiencies in the information provided to users or in its truthfulness, accuracy and sufficiency; (ii) breach or defective or untimely fulfilment of contracts or pre-contractual relations; (iii) breach of the obligations incumbent on the providers of information society services; (iv) infringement of the rights of consumers and users; (v) infringement of intellectual and industrial property rights; (vi) infringement of the right to data protection; of professional secrecy and of the rights to honour, personal and family privacy and personal image; (vii) in general, non-compliance with any applicable laws, customs or codes of conduct and (viii) any decision taken in dependence on the information supplied through the TALENOM portal.
Neither TALENOM nor the information providers or third parties assume any responsibility whatsoever for damages, losses, claims or expenses caused by: (i) interferences, interruptions, failures, omissions, telephone breakdowns, delays, blockages or disconnections in the operation of the electronic system, caused by deficiencies, overloads and errors in the telecommunications lines and networks, or by any other cause beyond the control of TALENOM; (ii) illegitimate intromissions through the use of malware of any kind and through any means of communication, such as computer viruses or any other; (iii) improper or inappropriate use of TALENOM’s web pages; (iv) security or navigation errors caused by a malfunction of the browser or by the use of non-updated versions of the same.

These general conditions will be ruled by the Spanish legislation.
