AI Statement
Talenom utilizes artificial intelligence to support its services, internal functions and expert work. Artificial intelligence is used, for example, to produce and summarize texts, software development, process development, and to streamline various business processes. The aim is to improve the quality, efficiency and user experience of services and to support the staff in their daily work.
In its operations, Talenom complies with the EU’s AI Act 2024/1689 and other applicable legislation.

In its operations, Talenom adheres to the following principles of the use of artificial intelligence:
- Responsibility: Talenom’s use of artificial intelligence is based on the principles of responsibility, security, transparency and legal compliance. We use artificial intelligence in a way that respects the rights, privacy and data protection of individuals.
- Data protection and information security: We protect personal data, customer data, employee data and other confidential information in the use of artificial intelligence. Data is only processed in approved systems and for predefined purposes.
- Transparency: We are committed to being transparent about our AI practices. We inform users that they are interacting with an AI system or that content has been produced or assisted by AI.
- Risk management: We identify, assess and manage the risks associated with the use of artificial intelligence throughout the lifecycle of systems.
- Human responsibility and decision-making: At Talenom, artificial intelligence supports human work. The results produced by artificial intelligence are critically evaluated, and artificial intelligence does not replace the expertise or judgment of our experts. The ultimate responsibility for decisions always lies with humans.
- Artificial intelligence expertise: We ensure that people using AI understand the opportunities, limitations and responsibilities of AI. Each employee is responsible for the use of AI in accordance with Talenom’s policies and guidelines.

The following table describes in which cases Talenom uses artificial intelligence and which risk category the use falls into. The risk classification presented in the table is based on the risk classification in accordance with the EU AI Act.
