The Documents service provides secure storage for your company’s statutory accounting records. The service allows entrepreneurs and, if necessary, auditors or authorities to view the accounting material.
Financial management professionals, such as accountants, can add files to the Documents service. In addition, material is automatically stored in the service from other Easor services.
The Documents service is divided into three different functionalities:
- The main view of the service, i.e. the Archive, where you can view the material uploaded to the service in accordance with your access rights. In this view, financial management professionals can also upload individual documents to the archive.
- The Upload to Archive view, which handles unfinished documents that are missing necessary information and need to be archived. In this view, you can also upload multiple documents to the archive at once. This feature is only visible to financial management professionals.
- The Archive download view, where you can download all the material from a single accounting period to your computer as a compressed file.
